Roof Top Full Moon Yoga Classes
These classes generally take place once a month on an evening close to the date of the full moon. Enjoy an all level vinyasa flow class followed by a long relaxation period accompanied by live guitar, on our beautiful rooftop deck overlooking scenic downtown New Milford. Watch the sky change as the sun sets and moon rises. These classes are always weather permitting. Taught by Larry Schmitt 65 Bank Street New Milford.
Pre Registration along with Pre Payment is required. If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather, complete refunds are issued or prepayment can be used to hold a space in the next month’s class.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or Divine Sleep, allows the body and mind to let go of mental, physical, and emotional tension. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of a deep, dreamless sleep. Rebecca Doring, with spoken meditation will guide your body and mind through layers of deep relaxation. Dress comfortably. Experience Not Necessary.
